When Patriarchs Fall; People Notice

So thinking about my family, specifically my Pappy who passed away this evening… I can’t help but think that when the Patriarchs of the family are gone, people notice.

These family members that seemed so indestructible to all while growing up, are now made more real.

I am thankful that I had the chance to spend most of the day with Pappy last weekend and was able to share my Faith and the hope I have in eternal life. I hope he is dancing with Nana as I type and that I get to see him someday. (Not that I ever saw Nana & Pappy dance, but I can only imagine it is going to be fun to dance in heaven, HA!)
